Zynga’s $250 Million Acquisition of Chartboost

Zynga (Nasdaq: ZNGA) announced its $250 million all-cash acquisition of Chartboost, a San Francisco-based mobile app monetization and programmatic advertising platform. With the addition of Chartboost, Zynga will be able to offer advertisers advanced machine learning and data science capabilities to plan, buy and optimize their programmatic ad budgets in real time. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2021.
