ZoomInfo Technologies’ $350 Million Senior Notes Offering

ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. (ZoomInfo) has announced that its indirect subsidiaries ZoomInfo Technologies LLC and ZoomInfo Finance Corp. have priced their previously announced offering of US$350 million aggregate principal amount of 3.875% Senior Notes due 2029, which represents an increase of US$50 million from the previously announced offering of US$300 million. The Company intends to use the proceeds from the offering, together with cash on hand, to repay a portion of outstanding borrowings under its first lien term loan facility and to pay fees and expenses incurred in connection with the offering.
