Zomato’s $1.1 Billion Initial Public Offering

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Latham & Watkins advised Zomato, and IndusLaw advised the managers, while J Sagar Associates (JSA) advised the selling shareholder Info Edge.

Zomato completed an initial public offering with aggregating value up to Rs 8,250 crore (nearly $1.1 billion).

The offer consists of a fresh issue amounting to Rs 7,500 crore and a secondary component of Rs 750 crore. 

Kotak Mahindra Capital, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, BofA Securities and Citi acted as managers in the deal.
