Zhongliang’s $377.1 Million Initial Public Offering And Regulation S Offering

Simpson Thacher represented Zhongliang Holdings Group Company Limited (“Zhongliang”) in connection with its initial public offering in Hong Kong and Regulation S offering of 530,000,000 shares before exercise of the underwriters’ overallotment option.

The total offering size was HK$2.94 billion (approximately US$377.1 million). The shares of Zhongliang are listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. CCB International Capital Limited acted as the sole sponsor. CCB International Capital Limited and Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Limited acted as joint global coordinators.

Zhongliang is a fast-growing large-scale comprehensive real estate developer in China, based in the Yangtze River Delta Economic Region with a national footprint. Zhongliang has been recognized as a top 100 real estate developer in China by PRC Real Estate Top 10 Research Team for six consecutive years since 2014 in terms of comprehensive development capacity.
