Yunji’s $121 Million Initial Public Offering

Simpson Thacher represented the representatives of the underwriters, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan and CICC, in connection with the initial public offering and listing on the Nasdaq Global Market of Yunji Inc. (“Yunji”).

The offering was comprised of 11,000,000 American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), representing 110,000,000 Class A ordinary shares before exercise of the underwriters’ overallotment option. The base offering size was US$121 million.

Yunji is a leading e-commerce platform in China, which has pioneered a unique, membership-based model that leverages the power of social interaction. Yunji’s ADSs are traded on the Nasdaq Global Markets under the symbol “YJ.”
