The commercial law firm YPOG announces a further valuable addition of its Team: Jann Fiedler, lawyer and notary (ret.) with around 35 years of notarial experience, will join the firm’s Berlin office as Of Counsel as of September 2021. Jann Fiedler will strengthen the new business area of notarial services at YPOG alongside lawyer and notary Lilly Fiedler. Lilly Fiedler joined YPOG as a partner from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in July.
Jann Fiedler has been a lawyer since 1977, a founding partner of the law firm Fiedler, Zmija & Partner and a notary since 1987. His focus is primarily on his work as a notary – especially in the area of real estate and corporate law. He also advises entrepreneurs, companies and individuals on general civil law issues.
“Jann has extensive experience in advising entrepreneurs, companies and individuals, particularly in the area of real estate. After a dynamic start of our business field of notarial services with Lilly, we are very pleased about this further strengthening of our Team,” says Helder Schnittker, YPOG managing partner.
“I am looking forward to the exciting challenge of further developing and expanding the new business field of notarial services together with Lilly. YPOG is a firm with exceptional talent, and it has always been close to my heart to pass on the wealth of knowledge I have built over many years to the next generation,” says Jann Fiedler.
