XVIVO Perfusion AB’s Shares Private Placement


Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to Carnegie Investment Bank.

XVIVO Perfusion AB completed a private placement of shares through an accelerated book building procedure, performed by Carnegie Investment Bank, raising approximately SEK 500 million (approx. $55 million) before transaction costs.

XVIVO is a medical technology company which develops solutions and systems for assessing and preserving organs outside the body and for selecting usable organs and maintaining them in optimal condition pending transplantation.

Carnegie Investment Bank acted as Sole Global Coordinator and Bookrunner in connection with the transaction.
