Xilinx’s $750 Million Notes Offering

Xilinx, Inc. executed the offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.375% senior notes due 2030.

BofA Securities, Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. ANZ Securities, Inc., BNY Mellon Capital Markets, LLC, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., MUFG Securities Americas Inc. and Westpac Capital Markets, LLC also acted as book-running managers.
