X Shore’s SEK 150 Million Capital Raise

DLA Piper has advised the electric boat manufacturer X Shore.

Stockholm-based modular electric boat brand X Shore has raised €15 million to propel production and industrialisation.

X Shore is valued at more than SEK 950 million post-money and will use the money raised to primarily further research and develop X Shore’s technology, open a second factory in Sweden and for expansion in the U.S. ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole global coordinator and bookrunner.

The raise was led by Delivery Hero founder Lukasz Gadowski’s Team Europe holding company and saw participation from individual investors including Navin Thukkaram, founder and CEO of Innovation Bootcamp, and Marec Gasiun, former Head of Automotive Business Development at Google.

X Shore is a Swedish manufacturer of high-end electric craft.
