Winco’s Merger with G.E.T. Enterprises

Choate represented Winco in its merger with G.E.T. Enterprises, a Houston-based portfolio company of Olympus Partners.

Founded in 1992, DWL Industries Co. doing business as Winco has rapidly grown into one of the food service industry’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of kitchen and tableware, with a product range of over 5,000 items in 20 different categories. The company is based in Lodi (NJ).

G.E.T. Enterprises is a well-known supplier of alternative tablewares, utilizing materials such as melamine to ensure durability while also retaining a traditional look and feel in their designs.

This merger expands G.E.T.’s product offerings and increases its sourcing and distribution capabilities throughout the United States and internationally.
