Willis North America Inc.’s $650 Million Senior Notes Offering

Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters, led by Barclays Capital Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, in connection with an offering by Willis North America Inc., a subsidiary of Willis Towers Watson Public Limited Company (NASDAQ: WLTW), of $650 million aggregate principal amount of 3.6% Senior Notes due 2024.

The notes were sold in a registered public offering.
