Western Sydney Airport’s Design and Construction Contract With Multiplex For New Terminal

Allens has advised Multiplex on its successful bid to deliver the passenger terminal for the $5.3 billion Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport, advised by Ashurst.

The contract for the construction of the terminal at Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport has been awarded to Multiplex Construction Pty Ltd.

The first stage of the new Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport is a foundation stone for the development of Western Parklands City. Set to open in late 2026, the airport will support up to 10 million passengers per year as well as freight.
