Webflow’s $140 Million Series B Financing Round


Kirkland & Ellis advised Silversmith Capital Partners in the transaction.

Silversmith Capital Partners completed the $140 million Series B financing of Webflow, a no-code visual web development platform.

Silversmith first invested in Webflow in 2018 and, with fellow returning investor Accel, led this latest round of financing which included participation from all other existing investors and new investor CapitalG.

Founded in 2015, Silversmith Capital Partners is a Boston-based growth equity firm with $2.0 billion of capital under management. Silversmith’s mission is to partner with and support the best entrepreneurs in growing, profitable technology and healthcare companies.

Webflow is a visual web development platform that allows people to design, build, and launch completely custom websites without writing code. Founded in 2013 and based in San Francisco, Webflow is backed by Accel, CapitalG, Silversmith Capital Partners, Y-Combinator, and Draper Associates.
