WaterBridge’s Acquisition of Water Infrastructure from Primexx Energy Partners


Kirkland & Ellis represented Primexx Energy Partners in the sale and execution of a long-term produced water management agreement with WaterBridge.

WaterBridge Midstream executed the acquisition of Primexx Energy Partners’ produced water gathering and disposal infrastructure system in the Delaware Basin for an undisclosed amount.
