Waste Connections’ $600 Million Notes Offering

Latham & Watkins acted as special counsel to Waste Connections, Bennett Jones acted as counsel in Ontario to Waste Connections, while Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters in the offering.

Waste Connections, Inc. completed its registered bond offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 2.6% Senior Notes due 2030, which closed on January 23, 2020.

Waste Connections intends to use the net proceeds to repay a portion of the borrowings outstanding under its revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
