Warrior Technologies’ $240 Million Initial Public Offering

Warrior Technologies Acquisition Company has announced its upsized initial public offering of 24 million units at US$10 per unit. The units are listed on the New York Stock Exchange and trade under the ticker symbol “WARR.U.” 

Raymond James & Associates, Inc. and EarlyBirdCapital, Inc. served as joint book running managers for the offering.
