Warburg-HIH Invest’s acquisition of Verso office project in Wiesbaden, Germany

Ashurst advised Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate GmbH on the acquisition of the third building element of the office and hotel complex “Verso” in the German city of Wiesbaden from OFB.

With the sale, OFB has sold the entire Verso district. The building complex consists of three L-shaped standalone buildings with up to seven storeys surrounding a landscaped inner courtyard. Upon its scheduled completion in the fall of 2018, the “Berlin” building will have seven full storeys and a mezzanine floor with a total lettable area of approximately 7,600 square metres.
