Wacker Neuson’s strategic cooperation with John Deere

P+P advises Wacker Neuson on the transaction

Kramer-Werke GmbH (“Kramer”), a subsidiary of Wacker Neuson SE, Munich, listed in the S-Dax, and John Deere GmbH & Co. KG (“John Deere”), part of at the New York exchange listed group company Deere & Company, USA, agreed on a long-term, strategic cooperation with regard to the sale of Kramer compact machines for agriculture.

For these purposes, Wacker Neuson and John Deere have agreed on an investment of John Deere in Kramer.

Within the framework of the cooperation, John Deere will recommend its powerful, independent dealer network Kramer for certain compact agricultural machines as a preferred supplier. Through its close and long-term cooperation with the John Deere dealer network, Kramer is aiming at a broader market access to agriculture, which is of strategic importance for the Wacker Neuson Group.
