VTS’ $200 Million Acquisition of Lane Technologies

Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt and Lowenstein advised VTS on the acquisition of Lane Technologies, assisted by Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP.

On October 19, 2021, VTS announced its acquisition of Lane Technologies for approximately $200 million. The acquisition forms the largest office-app firm in the world, makes VTS a global leader for tenant experience, and triples VTS’ presence in Canada.

VTS is a New York-based commercial real estate leasing, marketing, asset management and tenant experience platform.

Lane Technologies is a workplace experience platform focused on its no-code enterprise software that streamlines office services.
