VRR will procure new ticketing machines


Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek structured the bidding procedure and prepared the bid documents

Jointly with Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, VRR will procure new ticketing machines, allowing customers to obtain the right ticket with just three clicks. The service provider is also to reorganize the customer centers and sales points at railway stations. For the first time, automated video machines will also be used. The objective is not only to provide services more economically, but also service orientation and customer satisfaction.
