VPower finalized the acquisition of 51% interest in GenRent.

VPower Group International Holdings Limited operates as a holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, designs, installs, manages, operates, and maintains power generations systems. The company, led by Lam Yee Chun, Lee Chong Man and Au-Yeung Tai Hong, in 2017 recorded $195 Million Revenues.

GenRent is a leading global provider of temporary power solutions including development, planning, rental, installation and operation of temporary power plants, based on gas turbines, diesel and gas gensets and containerized HFO; rental of Gas Turbines; rental and sale of diesel and gas generators; generators installation; and installation of standalone substations.
