Vornado’s $120 Million Loan


Cadwalader advised Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as lender in a $120 million mortgage loan secured by 4 Union Square South, a retail property in the Union Square neighborhood of Manhattan that is owned by Vornado Realty Trust.

The loan includes approximately $7.2 million in new financing; the remainder is assumption and refinancing of pre-existing debt at the property.

Vornado Realty Trust is a fully-integrated real estate investment trust. The Trust, led by Steven D Roth, Robert Entin and David R Greenbaum, owns, manages, and leases office properties in New York City, Chicago and San Francisco.
