Vonovia’s €4 Billion Bonds Offering

White & Case LLP has advised the Joint Lead Managers on the offering.

Vonovia SE, a real estate company based in Germany, completed the issue of five bonds with an aggregate principal amount of €4 billion.

The Joint Lead Managers included BNP Paribas, BofA Securities Europe SA, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Credit Suisse Securities Sociedad de Valores S.A., Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, Morgan Stanley Europe SE, Société Générale and UniCredit Bank AG.

The net proceeds will inter alia be used to refinance the acquisition of Deutsche Wohnen SE. The notes were admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
