Volcan Compañía Minera S.A.A. (“Volcan”) offered $475 million of its 4.375% senior notes due 2026 and concurrently offered to purchase for cash up to $125 million of its 5.375% senior notes due 2022.
Volcan intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund the concurrent cash tender offer and to repay other existing indebtedness, and any remaining balance for general corporate purposes.
Volcan is a diversified Peruvian mining company controlled by Glencore PLC.
