Viseca’s CHF 900 Million Refin­an­cing

Advestra acted a leg­al advisor to Viseca, while Baker McKenzie assisted Zürcher Kantonalbank and Credit Suisse in the deal.

Viseca, a provider of products and services in the area of cashless payment, from the issue of payment cards to the development of innovative finance management solutions, has secured a com­pre­hens­ive refin­an­cing pack­age in a total amount of CHF 900 million. 

The Advestra team included Alex­an­der von Jein­sen (Picture) and Fabi­an Loretan (both Fin­ance), Rashid Bahar (Fin­an­cial Ser­vices) and Markus Müh­le­mann (Tax).

The Viseca team con­sisted of Michael Walth­er (CFO) and Michael Hatz (Gen­er­al Counsel).
