Jefferies, Morgan Stanley and Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P. acted as Joint Book-Running Managers on the offering.
The shares include 10,518,750 shares sold by Virtu Financial and 6,731,250 shares sold by certain selling stockholders. The Class A common stock is listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “VIRT.”
