Vink Holdings Ltd’s Acquisition of All Distribution Activities of MCAM in Poland And Hungary

Group companies of Vink Holdings Ltd. (Vink), the largest European distributor of plastic shapes, have taken over all distribution activities of MCAM in Poland and Hungary by buying the Polish distribution company and all Hungarian distribution activities from group companies of Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials AG, a leading global manufacturer of high-performance thermoplastic materials in the form of semi-finished products and finished parts.

Vink Holdings with its sister companies around the world and Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials have been collaborating in the distribution and manufacturing of plastics shapes for many years. The global reach and partnership to serve customers includes activities in 26 countries around the globe representing the largest distribution and manufacturing network for engineering plastics.
