Viña Lapostolle’s Restructuring Agreement

Viña Lapostolle negotiates a restructuring agreement with Banco Internacional.

The agreement includes an amended and restated credit facility, the transfer of part of the debts with Banco Santander-Chile, and the extension of a new $19 Million Credit Facility.

Lapostolle Wines was founded by Alexandra Marnier Lapostolle and her husband Cyril de Bournet in 1994. The company owns 370 hectares in three different vineyards (Casablanca, Cachapoal and Colchagua) and produces a total of 200,000 cases annually. The wines are distributed in more than 60 countries worldwide.
