Vientos de Necochea’s $44.2 Million Project Financing

Vientos de Necochea secured a $44.2 million financing from Nederlandse Financierings-Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden N.V. (FMO).

Citibank acted as collateral agent on the transaction.

Vientos de Necochea S.A., a Special Purpose Vehicle created to develop, construct and operate a 37.95MW wind power park in the Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Sponsor and developer of the Project is Genneia, Argentina’s largest wind power developer.
