Vicentin S.A.I.C.A.’s $115 Million Syndicated Loan

The credit facility has been granted by ING Bank acting as arranger, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Nippon Export and Investment Insurance acted as borrower.

Vicentin S.A.I.C., through its subsidiaries, operates as an agroindustrial company that manufactures and exports cereals and oilseeds, cotton textiles, biodiesel, concentrated grape juice, agrochemicals, feed lots, and wines.
