VGP’s EUR 300 Million Accelerated Bookbuilding

Linklaters advised the underwriters on the ABB of VGP.

J.P. Morgan, KBC Securities, BNP Paribas Fortis and Belfius acted on the EUR 300 million private placement by way of an accelerated bookbuilding of new shares in VGP, a pan-European developer, manager and owner of logistics and semi-industrial real estate, listed on Euronext Brussels.
