Veertly’s CHF 2 Million Seed Investment Round of Veertly

Homburger has advised coparion GmbH & Co. KG in its investment.

coparion GmbH & Co KG, a venture capital fund specializing in technology-driven start-ups, together with Ronald Strässler, co-founder of Avaloq, and business angels Hartmut Carl, Stephan Thalmann, Sebastian Amme and Peter Kessel participated in a seed investment round of Veertly SA. Veertly has received a seed funding of 1.9 million Euros (2 million Swiss Francs). 

Veertly is a European platform for virtual and hybrid events and digital collaboration. The financing serves to accelerate growth by investing in the areas of sales and marketing as well as in the further development of Veertly’s product innovations.

The Homburger team included partner Andreas Müller (Picture – Corporate / M&A, Technology and Digital Economy), lead associate Timo Hasler and junior associates Ferdinand Berthold and Fabio Gasser (all Corporate / M&A), and associate Philippe Baumann (IP / IT, Technology and Digital Economy).
