Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE: VLO) announced the pricing of its public offering of $850,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 2.700% Senior Notes due 2023 and $650,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 2.850% Senior Notes due 2025. The Offering is expected to close on April 16, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
Valero intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for general corporate purposes.
BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Mizuho Securities USA LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the Offering.
Valero Energy Corporation is an independent petroleum refining and marketing company that owns and operates refineries in the United States, Canada, and Aruba.
