Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited’s £504 Million Recommended Cash Offer For KCOM Group plc

Ashurst is advising Gleacher Shacklock LLP and Arma Partners LLP in relation to the £504 million recommended cash offer for KCOM Group plc by Humber Bidco Limited, a newly formed wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited.
