Union Pacific Corporation’s $2.5 Billion Registered Notes Offering

Union Pacific Corporation, owner of one of America’s leading transportation companies, entered into an Underwriting Agreement for the sale of $850,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of its 2.375% Notes due 2031 (the “2031 Notes”); $1,000,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of its 3.200% Notes due 2041 (the “2041 Notes”); and $650,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of its 3.550% Notes due 2061 (together with the 2031 Notes and the 2041 Notes, the “Notes”).

BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as representatives of the several underwriters for the offering.
