Unión Andina de Cementos executed its $23 million acquisition of 100% stake of Cemento La Unión subsidiary in Chile.

Unión Andina de Cementos is the result of the merger (2012) of Cementos Lima and Cemento Andino. The company engages in production of cement and has a significant local market share and exports to Chile and the United States.

Cementos La Union, SA manufactures and supplies cement. The Company offers various types of cements and mortars.
