UMB Financial Corporation executed an offering of $200 million aggregate principal amount of 3.700% fixed-to-fixed-rate subordinated notes due 2030.

BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, UMB Financial Services, Inc., Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as underwriters for the offering.
