UBS AG’s Green Bonds Offering

UBS AG, acting through its London branch, successfully completed its inaugural issuance of green bonds, consisting of (i) EUR 500 m 0.010 per cent. Notes due June 2026, and (ii) CHF 250 m aggregate principal amount of 0.150 per cent. Notes due June 2028, in each case issued under its Euro Note Programme.
