UBS AG’s $3 Billion Senior Notes Issuance Under Its Euro Note Programme

UBS AG, acting through its London branch, successfully completed its issuance of (i) USD 1 bn Floating Rate Notes due June 2023, (ii) USD 1 bn aggregate principal amount of 0.375 per cent. Notes due June 2023, and (iii) USD 1 bn aggregate principal amount of 1.250 per cent. Notes due June 2026, in each case under its Euro Note Programme.
