Greenberg Traurig advised Uber in the dispute

Uber secured the suspention of the new mobility law of Quintana Roo state in Mexico.

The Mobility Law was intended to replace the Transportation Law, Bringing significant changes by creating a Mobility Institute that, among other faculties, was intended to deliver new concessions according to their needs and based on the operators’ priority lists.

Greenberg Traurig succesfully repesented Uber Technology & Software, S.A. de C.V. in the diispute with a team including Víctor Manuel Frías Garcés (Picture) Joselino Morales López, Mauricio Oliver López, Perla Itzel Salgado Román and Hugo Enrique Hernández García.
