U.S. OCG’s Acqusition of Hilton Doubletree Hotel in Boston

Blank Rome LLP represented 50 Ferncroft (Boston) Esong LLC, a member of the U.S. OCG family of companies, in connection with its $32 million purchase of the 363-room Hilton DoubleTree Boston North Shore Hotel located in Danvers, MA, just 20 miles north of downtown Boston.

The property includes an Atlantis Sports Club & Spa and a CoCo Key Water Park. Blank Rome also represented 50 Ferncroft (Boston) Esong LLC with respect to the $26.9 million CMBS loan to fund the purchase and the PIP costs.
