U.S. Government Accountability Office to dismiss the protest against 77 Construction

Bass, Berry & Sims convinced the U.S. Government Accountability Office to dismiss the protest and allow 77 Construction to proceed with the $6.5M contract for work in Djibouti, Africa.

“77 Construction Contracting & Trading Co.” engages in various construction projects. Roads, bridges, hydraulic structures, production of precast concrete units and various other infrastructure projects.
