Goldman Sachs Bank USA, Goldman Sachs Lending Partners LLC, Deutsche Bank AG Cayman Islands Branch and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., London Branch have committed to provide the bridge facility.
Twenty-First Century Fox is a leading diversified global media and entertainment company that operates cable networks, in television and in filmed entertainment. Sky is a telecommunications company providing broadband internet services and fixed line telephone services, and is a primary player in pay-television broadcasting in the United Kingdom.
