Tullow’s $800 million notes offering

Latham & Watkins and Ogier advised on the transaction

Tullow Oil plc has completed its offering of $800 million aggregate principal amount of 7.000% senior notes due 2025.

Interest will be payable semi-annually.

The Notes, whose net proceeds will be used to pay transaction fees, costs and expenses, redeem in full the Company’s senior notes due 2020 and repay certain existing indebtedness under the Company’s credit facilities, will be general obligations of the Company and guaranteed by certain of the Company’s subsidiaries.

Tullow Oil plc, led by Paul McDade, George Wood and Claire Hawkings, explores for and produces oil and gas. The Group’s assets are in Africa, Europe, South America and Asia. The company, in 2017 recorede $1.722 Billion Revenues.
