TrustArc’s $70 Million Series D Financing

The round was led by private equity firm, Bregal Sagemount. Existing investors Accel, Baseline Ventures, DAG Ventures, Icon Ventures and Industry Ventures will continue to retain significant stakes in the business.

TrustArc will use the capital to further advance the company’s leadership position in the privacy market and help enterprises navigate the data privacy regulatory landscape.
