Tristar Capital and RFR Holding’s $286 Million Acquisition of Facebook’s new Dexter Station office building

Olshan represented the joint venture on the deal

The 10-story, 335,000 square-foot office building is located in Seattle, Washington and is Facebook’s largest engineering outpost outside of the company’s Silicon Valley headquarters. This is the third South Lake Union district office building that Tristar and RFR have acquired since November, all of which Olshan represented for a total of almost $800 million. Real Estate partner Eric Goldberg (Picture) led the Olshan team that represented the joint venture, which included Hyman Kindler, Kira Krimkevich and Genta Stafaj.
