Triple-S Steel’s Acquisition of BMG Metals

Triple-S Steel, a Houston-based steel service center that provides steel products and steel fabrication services to customers in North America, Central and South America, and Asia, executed its acquisition of BMG Metals, a distributor of steel and aluminum and associated metal processing services, from Descours and Cabaud Inc., a French Industrial and Steel Distributor.

Triple-S Steel Holdings Inc. encompasses more than 42 locations in the U.S., Canada, and Colombia. In addition to Triple-S Steel Supply Co., the brands include Intsel Steel, Steckerl Aceros, Arbor Metals, Maas-Hansen Steel, and Alamo Iron Works.
