Shearman & Sterling represented Morgan Stanley as underwriter in connection with a secondary public offering of 7 million shares of Class A common stock of Tribune Media Company by its stockholder Oaktree Tribune, L.P.

ribune Media Company is a diversified media and entertainment business comprised of 42 owned or operated television stations, the national entertainment network WGN America and additional strategic investments, including a number of real estate properties.
