Polaris announced the formation of a joint venture between its portfolio company, Triax A/S, and the Spanish subsidiary Klode Media SL (owned by the Velatia Group), joining their multimedia business units.
Both companies operate as manufacturers of multimedia products and expect to create and benefit from significant synergies and collaborative efforts.
