Transport Investments’ Acquisition of US Logistics and Nationwide Logistics

Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP advised US Logistics and Nationwide Logistics on the deal.

US Logistics, Nationwide Logistics, and their affiliates (USL) announced their sale to Transport Investments, Inc. (Transport) and Gemspring Capital Management (Gemspring) on Nov. 5. USL is a Cincinnati-based logistics company that offers freight services in the U.S. and Canada. Gemspring is a middle-market private equity firm and Transport is an asset-light transportation and logistics company.
